We have built many homes in Comox and Courtenay, including our most recent builds in Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community.  As active home builders, we usually have seveal homes under construction or move-in ready, and we also have vacant lots where we can build your custom home.  We are able to build custom homes anywhere in the Comox Valley, and would be happy to help you with lot selection and home design.

Every home built by Omnix Properties is constructed with quality materials and the labour of experienced tradesmen from Courtenay and Comox.  Like an automobile, a home requires ongoing care and attention.  General homeowner maintenance is essential to preserving a quality home for a lifetime.  Omnix Properties is an approved member of the Homeowners Protection Office and as such, your new home will be protected by Pacific Home Warranty Insurance Services.
